As head of design, I led all user experience and visual design efforts of the AICPA Store, the leading e-commerce channel for the accounting profession. I also spearheaded all strategic initiatives, online and off. After a complete overhaul and three years of optimization, the website was ranked by Internet Retailer, by the time I left, as one of the top five hundred e-commerce sites (#296) in the United States.
