As a consultant for the Department of Homeless Services (DHS), I led the UI/UX design efforts of the annual and quarterly homeless counts for DHS in both New York City and San Francisco. This included a public-facing registration site, a streamlined iOS and Android app that allows the volunteer to submit surveys quickly on the go, and a real-time dashboard and administrative area for the mobile command.
