Objective: Optimize the end-to-end user experience for all leads, clients and brokers interfacing with TheSquareFoot, a unique commercial real estate platform making it easy for people to find their next space online. We accomplished this by working in tandem on quick wins and longer-term redesigns, which were validated through a combination of A/B testing, quantitative and qualitative data. 

Thanks to our many successes, our leads increased greatly, but even more importantly so their overall quality as well. To sustain the influx of leads, we also focused on making the broker experience better - by redoing the search experience so that it would be more efficient and effective to their day-to-day needs, which included making it responsive, more visual, intelligent and allowing for more content richness.
